Northlands
I was recently privileged enough to attend a weeks Hot Glass master-class with James Maskery at Northlands Creative Glass in Lybster, Scotland. This week allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and really challenge myself and my abilities.
I came away from the trip with not only a lot more skill and confidence but with some beautiful plates I made! I will be adding pictures of them to the blog after my Dry Run Exhibition when I’ve cold-shopped them all!

This piece of work was made during my print elective taught by Jeffrey Sarmiento.
The Brief was to produce a piece based upon self identity; I believe that my identity is the sum of my life thus far so it made sense to explore this through imagery showing me at different points in my life. Each Brick represents and period in my life from being born through to present day.
